Online Yoga Classes 2.0 For Regular Attendees
The response 108 SN team received to their Virtual Yoga Challenge (VYC) during the pandemic was very encouraging, and it inspired them to continue offering virtual yoga classes even after the pandemic subsided. They recognized the potential of online yoga classes to reach a wider audience and help more people access the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
Thus, they launched Online Yoga 2.0, which focused on taking the participants' abilities and strengths to the next level. The course aimed to challenge the participants to push themselves further and achieve more on both mental and physical levels.
The participants are encouraged to experiment with their inner strength and explore their potential in a supportive and encouraging environment. The focus is on learning new asanas, improving one's breathing technique, and taking their practice to the next level.
By continuing to offer online yoga, the 108 SN team aims to create a healthier environment and promote wellness among people. The intermediate course was designed to challenge and inspire the participants to deepen their yoga practice, build strength, flexibility, and resilience, and improve their overall well-being.
Online Yoga 2.0 proved to be an innovative approach that leveraged the power of technology to bring the benefits of yoga to a wider audience. Focusing on breathing, learning new asanas, and experimenting with inner strength, provided an excellent opportunity for participants to take their practice to the next level and achieve greater health and wellness.
